GEZE TS 5000 ECline with guide rail – The innovative all-rounder with barrier-free building benefits
More....GEZE in Indonesia was handled by PT.Gerbang Cemerlang which provide services to the needs of the automatic doors and architectural hardware doors and windows, all products are standardized GEZE from Germany and has been a lot of certificates.
GEZE products are applicable to projects of pride in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta, GEZE product can be applied to a wide range of products such as architectural design automatic doors, GEZE have a product called Automatic Slimdrive SL which having enough machines slim dimensions 7 cm that would only be thinner compared with existing products on the market, with dimensions slim enough GEZE SL Automatic Doors is very supportive to be applied in architectural design for buildings with modern design.
There are GEZE more products that have more value to developed and applied in prestigious projects, therefore we are very confident and proud to provide services in Indonesia, especially GEZE products.
Flexible functionality, design and the diverse range of uses make manual sliding wall systems (MSW) from GEZE an ideal solution for transparent room partitioning. In shopping malls, in hotels and restaurants, in all kinds of waiting areas, and in the private homes of discerning clients.
MWS open, partition and separate areas and can be flexibly adapted to suit their required usage. The modular construction of the GEZE MSW means that it is possible to use the most wide-ranging system elements with contrasting functionality. Design is free from almost all boundaries. Fixed horizontal door leaf elements can be used as swinging doors with the GEZE TS 550 NV floor spring, as a swing door with a floor support, as single-action doors with exterior pivot bearings or as fixed mounted fields; meanwhile, portable horizontal door leaf elements can be used as sliding double-action doors. A user-friendly mechanical locking device can transform a locked sliding door into a fully functional swinging door in a matter of seconds. It is the perfect solution for situations where the MSW glass facade is not to be opened fully, for example in shops or cafes during the winter period. GEZE offers additional design possibilities with cover profiles in either square or rounded form. The GEZE portfolio includes cover profiles in a range of surface treatments and colours, as well as tailor-made solutions to suit individual requirements.
The MSW system from GEZE now also offers even more freedom of design, safety and comfortable handling. Thanks to the new, optimised material used for the clamp supports, the door elements can now be realised with greater construction heights. Thus they fulfil the prevailing trend in modern architecture of spacious design and transparency. Sliding and swing door leaves, as well as fixed elements, can now be realised in heights of up to 4,000 mm, with sliding double-action doors in heights of up to 3,500 mm. Leaf heights that surpass these limits can also be realised by GEZE on a case-by-case basis.
VSG from TVG or ESG accommodates our growing safety requirements. It offers increased protection against break-ins and minimises the risk of injury. Using VSG made from heat-strengthened glass (TVG) allows the temporary continuous operation of the device, even when the glass is damaged, due to the reinforced fragments. The special VSG glue protection prevents the heavy VSG panes slipping out of the carrier section and clamp profile. No additional glass or profile processing is required. The high quality precision ball bearings in the carriage ensure outstanding running and low-noise operation, even in the case of large leaves. Furthermore, they minimise the amount of force required to move the glass elements.
The new intelligent locking devices also contribute to the simple handling of the MSW system: The combination of floor locks, which are fitted between the two sliding elements and which are not visible when the glass leaf is closed, and special front-floor locks for the sliding leaf that meets the wall or doors, means that only one single profile cylinder floor lock is needed in a construction.
MSW system variants for the highest design demands
Point-mounted with design fittings
An MSW with point-mounted all-glass design fittings (GGS) offers maximum transparency. The reduction of the fitting does not happen at the expense of functionality and user-convenience: Thus the floor lock can be comfortably operated with the foot, without having to bend over - this is a benefit that is especially valued by salesmen and women in elegant shopping arcades. With GGS all visible fittings are finished with solid stainless steel and fitted with a precision-ground surface. The tried-and-tested GEZE MSW runner is located above this. The flexible height adjustability is also guaranteed in this variant with elongated mounting holes in the roller carriage fitting. Depending on the weight of the door leaf, the fittings are equipped with a single or double roller carriage fin. The glass elements can be finished in ESG and VSG, depending on their intended use.
Integrated aesthetics as an integrated all-glass system
The MSW system is a perfect design for an integrated all-glass system (IGG). MSW with IGG integrates the profiles and the fitting systems between the panes out of sight - there are no visible parts on the surface of the glass. Pressing the glass edge onto the interior edge of the pane allows the fitting technology to be hidden behind. Manual sliding walls with IGG thus allow for an integrated aesthetic and a great deal of freedom in both planning and design. Individual designs may feature screen printing motifs or special types of glass for example. Blinds, which are intelligently integrated between the panes, means that instant discretion is just a hand movement away.
GEZE has been enriching the market with innovative door closer systems for a hundred years. With the new TS 5000 ECline with guide rail, the company is taking the next step forward in the development of its door closers, and is bringing an innovative, optimised and efficient door closer to the market. It is an ideal system solution for barrier-free building . It is all in the name: With the TS 5000 ECline with guide rail (pronounced "easy"), doors with leaf widths of up to 1,250 millimetres can be opened with ease. In hazardous situations, the new door closer closes doors safely and reliably.
The requirements placed on door closer technology are constantly being increased and diversified: the new standards for barrier-free building stipulate the easy opening of doors. In the event of fire, secure closure should offer protection and save lives. Obviously a door closer must also be easy to maintain and should fit into the design concept of a building. The "all-round genius" TS 5000 ECline with guide rail fulfils all of these requirements in line with the applicable German standards and recommendations. In addition, users can choose between an easier opening of the door, or a more rigorous closing, depending on what the door is to be used for.
The consistent optimisation of the efficiency of the entire system means that the door closer achieves the high closing force of EN5, whilst adhering to the requirements of DIN 18040 in regard to the maximum opening torque of 47 Newton metres (Nm). This means that doors with leaf widths of up to 1,250 millimetres can be made barrier-free accessible. The efficiency factor of the TS 5000 ECline with guide line, which has been recorded in official measurements taken by the University of Stuttgart Materials Testing Institute (MPA),in Germany exceeds 80%, meaning that almost the entire force used to open the door is utilised as a closing force. For door opening angles between 2° and 60°, the new door closer system allows for a drop in opening torque of around 40 %, in line with DIN SPEC 1104. The result: a door that is easier to open and more comfortable to use. Depending on the intended use of the door, the opening support force provided by the guide rail can also be switched off. Unlike conventional door closer systems, the TS 5000 ECline with guide rail does not require any serious maintenance or installation effort.
